The Truly Strong Summer Week is a valuable holiday program where children discover feelings\, happiness\, and inner strength. \n\nThroughout the week\, children are guided playfully and age-appropriately to develop a healthy relationship with their emotions. Each day begins with a brief arrival and group check-in: How am I feeling right now? Over the course of the week\, children explore creative tasks\, stories\, guided visualizations\, games\, and movement to address questions such as: How can I handle anger in a healthy way? What makes me happy and content? What is fear and why is it an important signal? How do I find courage when things get difficult? They discover their inner world playfully and learn that all feelings are valuable and that they can manage them healthily while actively shaping their own happiness. This helps courage\, inner strength\, and self-confidence grow—sustainably and beyond the week itself. At the same time\, children enjoy a valuable holiday week full of lightness\, community\, and fun—and the feeling of having grown and become "truly strong."\n\nMaximum participants: 12 children\nFor ages 9 to 12 years\nCost: €170 (includes snack and materials)
