DESCRIPTION:Bats "see" with their ears and fly with their hands. We rarely notice these mammals with their extremely fascinating lifestyle\, as they are active at dusk and at night. All native bat species hunt and navigate using ultrasonic echolocation\, which is imperceptible to humans. Using bat detectors that convert the high-frequency calls of bats into sounds we can hear\, we'll set out on a walk through the Botanical Garden in search of these small\, flying insectivores.
