The leisure education project "Pippi – Play in the Park" run by the City of Linz in cooperation with Linz Children's Friends has been a fixture of the state capital for over two decades. The target group is primarily children and young people aged 8 to 14 years old, for whom playgrounds no longer offer age-appropriate activities and who are still too young to visit a youth center. The project is especially aimed at children who lack supervision during summer due to various factors and are responsible for their own leisure activities. This year, we're back in Bellevuepark with our great PiPPi program! From July 14 to September 11. We offer our program from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Look forward to exciting adventures, creative activities, and unforgettable experiences for the whole family. Come by and enjoy the summer with us! The activities are tailored to the children's needs on site. The range of possibilities is extensive and includes various ball games, entertaining outings, cooking together, different outdoor games, photo shoots, educational activities such as neighborhood rallies, discovering the diverse offerings in Linz, and working through topics from the past school year. The supervisors from Linz Children's Friends are competent, committed, and reliable contacts who encourage children to participate. The diverse opportunities for involvement are designed especially to boost creativity and try new things.
