The Mühlsteinmuseum Steinbrecherhaus is a stone-breaker family home built in 1802 on the grounds of the Scherer millstone quarry, restored and opened as a museum in 2007. It displays the living conditions of stone-breaker families in the 19th century, work in the millstone quarry, and the history of Perg millstones through eight interactive audio stations. The open-air grounds feature a reconstructed workers' hut and the functional Meisingermühle, a mill relocated from the Maltatal valley.
