At the special Clearwater High School, where everyone can transform into animals, a new school year begins. Before the Council of Shifters, Carag betrays his mentor Andrew Milling, who promises him contact with his real family. Carag's friends Holly, Lou, and Brendan are deeply skeptical and try to talk Carag out of it, as they see Milling as a liar. Now Carag must make a decision.
