Because there's a construction site in front of Eder's carpentry workshop in Munich, Florian Eder and Pumuckl are suddenly forced out to the countryside, where Florian once completed his carpentry apprenticeship. The cheeky Pumuckl causes all sorts of trouble, especially just before the May festival. Believing that his master Eder wants to stay there forever, Pumuckl travels back to Munich alone.
